Clarity is the ultimate project management, remote working and project reporting tool.
Clarity has been designed with three main audiences in mind each audience has a different requirement and therefore will have access to differing project dashboard displays.
Project Owners
Project Owners are the people behind the project itself. Although they may not be involved in the day to day management of the project itself they will have a keen interest in its success. For this reason timely information about the project or projects they are concerned with is always beneficial.
Project Managers
Project Managers are concerned with the day to day running of the project and need to be able to use all of the communication and management tools that have become commonplace in project management. Tasks can be created and automatically assigned to team members. The team members work through their tasks and the project manager is automatically updated with the progress of each task and any associated problems.
Project Members
Project Members have a host of other tools available to them outside the day to day task management. This group of people also need the ability to be able to share information, documentation, co-work on files and have a single place to find all relevant information about the project they are working on.
Clarity is designed to give a simple view for all project members of where the project is and what they need to do to keep it on track. The projects can also be linked together by company or individual. So it is simple for a CEO to view all projects that the organisation is currently working on. This allows the people who need the management information access to it straight away so that decisions or corporate reprioritisation can be initiated.

Unlike most project management products Clarity can be used with little or no training by the project teams or top level reporting users. Most project managers will be familiar with the tools that they are presented with.
