Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use www.canfactory.com and our other websites that link to them. They are short and written in plain English. By using our websites, you agree to them.

Who we are

Our websites are run by Can Factory Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04427646), at Tintagel House, 92 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TY. You can contact us at [email protected] or on 0330 900 9000.

Using our websites

Our websites tell you about Can Factory, our work and how to get in touch. You are welcome to read, share and link to them. Please do not:

  • use them in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to them, or interfere with how they work;
  • send us spam or automated messages through our contact forms;
  • copy large parts of them, or present our content as your own.

If you find a security issue, please tell us as described in our Security Policy.

Our content

The words, designs, pictures and code on our websites belong to Can Factory or to the people who have licensed them to us. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and are used to describe work we have done with them.

You may quote short extracts, for example in an article or a social media post, as long as you credit Can Factory and link back to the page. For anything more, please ask us first.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep our websites accurate and up to date. Case studies and results describe work we have done for particular clients at a particular time, and are not a promise of the same outcome on another project. Nothing on our websites is an offer to provide services: any work we do is under a separate written agreement.

Where we link to other websites, we do so because we think they are useful. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our websites “as is” and cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer from using them, except where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date at the top when we do.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
